Appraisals
Since 1998, we have provided professional appraisal services to the public, financial institutions, and attorneys. To the public, we do not charge a fee for our basic appraisal. As such, we are known around town as the home of the FREE appraisal. What's the catch? Well, there really isn't one, other than the free appraisals are for the public only, and we ask that our customers limit the appraisal to one hour or less. If you require a formal, written appraisal, we charge a fee of $150/hour, and we can provide an estimate before providing service. This applies to the public in need of an in-depth, formal appraisal on company letterhead, banks, attorneys, estate professionals, and government agencies.
